Job description
- Prepare necessary documents for new and existing employees including social security documents, provident fund, contracts.
Train and help staffs for the use of HR system including checking time, manage overtime report.
- Send memos for approval and track the paperwork between school and head office.
- Organize and assist teachers includes prepare for on board, open bank account, tax.
- Prepare and collect documents for submission to the government agencies includes SAR to Ministry of education, license to district office, social security offices etc.
- Organize meetings and ensure that Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings, take minutes and meeting papers.
- Produce documents, briefing papers, school calendar, board meeting
reports and presentations for the director.
- Liaise with internal departments and external agencies.
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive issues with integrity.
